- Can I use Wi-Fi?

- When booking, can I specify the floor number?
No. Due to the limitation of certain room types, we cannot accept this request.
- What is your cancellation policy?
General Cancelation Policy;
Cancelation on the day: 100% No Show: 100% the day before: 80% 2 days prior: 40%
Cancelation Policy for a Group of 10 or More;
Cancelation on the day: 100% No Show: 100% the day before: 80% 2-5 days prior: 50%
- Do you have a handicap accessible room?
Yes. Our handicap accessible room is spacious with enough room in the halls, bath and toilet area.The bathroom has a sliding door, so we recommend you to stay with a helper for assistance.The maximum capacity of this room is 3 guests.
- Do you have a curfew?
No. However, the entrance door on the first floor will be closed from 1 a.m to 6 a.m for security reasons.
Hold the card key over the card reader and the door will open.
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in and/or after check-out?
Yes, please bring your luggage to the front desk.
We will give you a tag in exchange for your luggage.
- Can visitors enter the room?
No, the rooms are only for guests staying at the ryokan. If you have visitors, please ask for a meeting room in the lobby. (Available until 10 p.m.)
- Can I send luggage before staying?
Yes. We can hold your luggage 2 days prior to your stay.
Please specify your name, phone number and date of reservation on your luggage.
Please do not send uncooked food.
- Can I go out with a yukata?
Please note that Yukata and setta(Japanese style sandals) provided at the hotel will be used only at the hotel.
- Can I smoke in my room?
This hotel is completely non-smoking.
There is a smoking room available 24 hours a day on the third floor.
- Can pets stay?
Please refrain from bringing your pets in the Ryokan premises.
- Are there any restaurants or convenience stores nearby?
There are many restaurants, drug stores and convenience stores within 3 minutes on foot.
- Can I bring food and drinks to the Ryokan?
Bringing drink from outside is allowed, however, bringing any raw food and any foods with unpleasant smell in is prohibited and also prohibited to burn and or diffuse aromatherapy oils etc in all premises.
